About Us
The company was formed by David Harting BSc (EstMan) MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor whose entire career has been spent providing residential valuation and surveying services throughout the North East of England.
Starting as office junior in 1989 at the highly respected Newcastle firm of Hindmarsh & Partners, graduating from the very first part time BSc Estate Management surveying degree course run at Northumbria University between 1990 and 1995 then qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997.
Moving onto Reeds Rains Surveyors in 1999 and then onto e.surv Chartered Surveyors in 2001 in Area Surveyor roles brought David the benefit of the skills and experience of working with some of the best regarded surveyors and management teams in the business.
From 2006 David operated as a self employed consultant surveyor largely dealing directly with regional and national surveying businesses, and in 2009 decided to form David Harting Surveyors Limited to offer the benefit of his expertise to both members of the public and business clients alike.
